Learn What Your Body Already Knows

My childbirth classes emphasize a woman's inherent ability to grow, give birth to and nurture healthy babies, especially when she is supported with love and care. You and your partner will:

  • learn more about the choices you have for your baby's birth

  • clarify your image of what a positive birth can be

  • identify your own strengths and abilities for handling birth and early parenting

In all my classes, you are encouraged to ask questions, make your own observations and discuss as you learn. Support persons, including and/or in addition to your partner, can attend the childbirth series with you. Alternative families are always welcome.
